This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of our Terms of Service. You agree not to use BMPro to:
- break any law, or infringe anyone's rights;
- send spam, unlawful, deceptive, harassing or fraudulent messages, including through the call or email assistant;
- contact people without the consent required by the laws that apply to you;
- upload malware, attempt to breach security, or disrupt the Service;
- misrepresent your identity or your business, or impersonate others;
- resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted;
- use the Service to store or share content you have no right to.
You are responsible for how you configure and use the AI assistants and for all communications sent on your behalf. We may suspend accounts that breach this policy.
