This Privacy Policy explains what information Business Manager Pro ("BMPro") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our apps, website and services.
Information we collect
- Account details — such as your name, email, phone number and plan.
- Business data you create — invoices, customers, products, expenses, documents and settings.
- Assistant data — if you enable the call or email assistant: call transcripts and summaries, email messages you receive, and the knowledge you add to train the AI. If you connect a mailbox, we store the connection details (the password is encrypted).
- Usage & device information — basic technical data needed to run and improve the Service.
- Payment information — processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
How we use your information
- To provide, secure, back up and sync the Service.
- To power AI features that help you — grounded in your own business data and the knowledge you provide.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To provide support and send important service messages.
- To improve the Service and develop new features.
AI processing
AI features process your business data to generate answers, summaries and draft replies. Depending on your configuration, AI may run on our own servers (self-hosted) or through a third-party AI provider under contract. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your private business content to advertise to you.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate (such as hosting, payment, telephony and email providers) under appropriate obligations, when you use a feature that involves another party (such as Linked or sending an email/quote), or where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Storage, security & retention
Your data is stored on your device and backed up securely to our servers. We use industry-standard measures, including encryption of sensitive credentials. We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations.
International transfers
As we operate across countries, your information may be processed in a country other than your own. Where it is, we take steps to protect it consistent with this policy.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or request deletion of your data, and object to certain processing, by using the app or contacting us. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children.
