These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Business Manager Pro ("BMPro", "we", "us"), including our mobile apps, website and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
2. The Service
BMPro provides business-management tools (invoicing, inventory, expenses, reporting and more), optional AI assistants, the Linked marketplace, educational content and related features. Some features are only available on paid plans, and features may change, improve or be withdrawn over time.
3. Subscriptions, billing & renewals
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose (monthly or yearly). Prices are shown in your local currency where supported, otherwise in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW). A plan activates once payment is confirmed and provides the features and limits described for that plan (for example, the number of businesses you can create). Where auto-renewal is offered you may cancel before the renewal date; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current period.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party providers (for example mobile-money networks and, where enabled, card and bank gateways). By paying you also agree to the relevant provider's terms. We do not store full card numbers. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.
5. Your content & data
The business data you create ("Your Content") belongs to you. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, back up, sync, process and display it so we can provide the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of Your Content and for having the right to use it.
6. AI assistants
BMPro may offer AI features (an in-app assistant, a call assistant and an email assistant) that use your business information to help you. AI output is generated automatically, may be imperfect, and is provided for assistance only — it is not professional, legal, financial or tax advice. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated messages, replies, quotes and actions before relying on or sending them. Where you enable auto-reply or call answering, you authorise the assistant to communicate on your behalf using the information and rules you configure.
7. Communications features
If you connect a phone line or mailbox to the call or email assistant, you confirm you are authorised to do so and to have BMPro send communications on your behalf. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your calls, messages and marketing, including consent and record-keeping requirements.
8. Linked marketplace
Linked helps businesses discover opportunities and connect. We are not a party to any agreement you make with another business through Linked, do not guarantee any opportunity, outcome or counterparty, and are not responsible for the conduct of other users. Deal with other businesses at your own discretion and risk.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. See our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Intellectual property
BMPro and its software, design, templates and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or create derivative works except as allowed by law.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep it reliable and accurate but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Reports, estimates and tax figures are aids, not a substitute for professional advice.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms or of any law.
14. Suspension & termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. On termination your right to use the Service ends; you may request an export of Your Content beforehand.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. As we expand, country-specific terms may apply and will be made available where relevant.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version and, where changes are material, provide notice. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
